Our History
The Northwest Arkansas Child Care Resource and Referral Center has been serving the community since 1994, becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1996. In 2012, we joined the statewide Child Care Aware network, expanding our reach to support families and early child care providers across all counties. For over 30 years, we’ve provided resources to improve child care quality in our area.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support the healthy development and nurturing of all children by promoting access to safe, high-quality care for every child. We work to strengthen parenting skills, foster effective communication between parents and early care providers, and recruit, train, and retain exceptional early childhood professionals.

The Resilient Children/Resilient Communities Initiative focuses on improving disaster preparedness for children and families, recognizing their unique needs in emergencies.
